- No smoking, no removal from the campsite. Any residual smell of smoke will be subject to an $800 ozone-cleaning charge.
- The person renting the RV must be staying in the trailer. Horseplay and roughhousing are prohibited in the RV trailer. Renters will be subject to additional charges for damages as a result.
- This RV trailer does not support festivals or dry camping.
- his travel trailer is available for long term rentals. Rentals greater than 30 must be approved prior too booking. Renter must state the intended purpose for a long term rental.
