Chad was a consummate host and super nice guy but we had a lot of trouble with this rental. The AC was on the fritz, there was a battery alarm going off in the middle of the night, the drawers and doors weren’t properly secured, banging open during travel (and completely freaking out our dog), and other small things were constantly breaking while on the trip (shades, screws, light covers).
I am so sorry that you guys didn't have a great experience. Just so you know I took the RV to the shop after you rented it to fix the issues. If you ever want to rent it again it will be 100% better.

We’re a family of four, and this was our first time renting an RV — we had a wonderful experience! The RV was very easy to operate, and despite my initial concerns, connecting everything at the RV station turned out to be simple as well. The RV had everything we needed on board, and Chad was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the trip.
The owners are straightforward to communicate with and quickly reply. They make sure you understand everything on the RV before heading out. We enjoyed our RV experience!
