Chad was a very nice and informative guy. He was easy to work with and quickly answered communications He did a great walk-through to make sure that I understood all of the workings of this RV! I totally loved Madame Château. It was the perfect size RV to drive and to manoeuvre in parking lots, gas stations and the RV park.

Nice vehicle with good amenities. We took it out for a quick over night trip, and loved sleeping in the comfortable bed. Pick up and drop off was very friendly and had great experience overall

You should acquire a large frying pan. Post a sign in bathroom regarding single ply TP. You might even supply it.
Please use only single ply TP provided. Do not flush double ply TP, wipes, diapers, food, or children down the toilet.
