Positives: The RV was clean (except for tanks, see below) AC works great, bed comfortable, Refrigerator when operating on electrical hookup works well. The mini chocolate ship cookies from Hy Vee were a nice touch, it certainly did not make up for the below comments.
Less than Positive: We received the RV 3 1/2 hours past our promised time.
We have rented 5 RVs from RV share and this was the best experience and RV we’ve had. For sure would rent again next year if available. Pictures in the listing don’t do it justice, this RV was very clean. Steven did a great job on the walk thru, and checked in on us during our trip to ensure everything was working properly.
What a great experience! Starting off with my initial contact with Steven and moving on to his thorough explanation of the RV, he was outstanding. And to top it off Steven's wife made us cherry sugar cookies, they were so good, thank you! Later that afternoon, as I was preparing for our journey, I had an issue that I couldn't resolve.
