William is very easy to work with and accommodating. I was running late to our site, and William had to wait for me there. He was very accommodating and helpful in all aspects of the rental.
William’s RV was great! He was able to bring it to our campsite and set it up, which worked out great. William was timely with both trailer drop off and pickup. The RV was as advertised and we had a great time!
This was the first time we rented a RV for our family. We had a family wedding out of town with no accommodations within a half hour so we decided to all rent RV's. William was very patient, prompt and helpful with all the questions and concerns we had.
Drop off and pick-up went very smooth.
