The unit was dropped off on Wed 10/28, and tried to use water on 10/29 no luck. Spent 4 hours of my vacation trying to fix a problem that was not caused by me and the owner should have checked before renting. Jason did eventually find an RV tech to come out and replace the water pump on 10/30 to solve the issue.
Thank you for the feedback Corey and apologize for the inconvenience. During delivery/setup the generator (provided by renter) was not available. If available I would have tested the water and would of had it fixed sooner. As this is the 2nd time ever renting for a boondocking setup I had not included testing the water pump into my pre-checkout routine prior to delivery.
I recently rented a travel trailer from Jason, and the experience was excellent. The trailer was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable trip. Jason made the rental process easy and straightforward, and his communication was clear and helpful. I highly recommend renting from Jason and would definitely do so again in the future.

Great experience renting this camper from Jason. He was very informative and made sure we understood the operation of the camper. Very nice camper and easy going family! My only complaint would be I think it needs a smart tv but besides that had a great trip and very comfortable.
