Travel trailer in excellent shape. Sleeps 10. Queen bed in its own room with plenty of clothes storage. The couch folds out very easily to accommodate 1-2 people. Nice dining table to enjoy meals with your family or you can turn it into a bed as well. Fully working refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Plenty of dishes and cook ware to make your dinners.

- Bring in awnings during bad weather or when leaving campsite.
- Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside of the camper. Additional fee will be added if the smell of smoke is found, & you will forfeit your deposit.
- Do not flush anything other than the provided RV toilet paper. You will be responsible for damages if the lines get clogged.
- Wash any used dishes and put all used towels in the shower before leaving to go back home.

Kellee was great to work with, she was very responsive. The rv was very clean and very organized. Kellee provided a case of water. There were plenty of towels, dishes, detergent and cleaning supplies, toilet paper and soap. The rv was well maintained. Kellee also has plenty of trash bags, etc.
