Positive - good comms with Devin in advance, answering my questions. He walked me through the RV, instructing me on the operations of all systems. A/C blew cold, tires, awning, toilet, slide, sinks, microwave, fridge, freezer, tongue jack, outside grill, TV with remote all worked fine. Comfortable mattress.
