I gave 4 starts for the 'Pick Up" only because there were a couple issues with the electrical upon initial pick-up - but John got it fixed within a little over an hour - and absolutely compensated us for the time. Other than that little hiccup, it was clean and most everything worked well and was in good shape.

John and his wife made our first RV rental experience an AMAZING one! Constant communication from the moment we made the reservation until we returned the RV. John gave my sisters and I a thorough walk-through / training session upon pickup, and let us take it for a test drive! Which was VERY helpful! John provided a check list to ensure we were good to go during our stay at Big Bend!
