- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- We ask that you clean and take out all the trash, pre rinse any dirty dishes and place them in the sink, empty both waste tanks. Failure to empty tanks will result in a $75 fee.
- Bed sheets, pillows, pillow cases shall be set on master bed at return
- No pulling of any type of vehicles/trailer. 100% No use of hitch.
- Use of Awning is prohibited . We do offer a 10x10 canopy for no additional charge.
- No use of water pump for Dry camping. RV must be hooked up to city water connection while in use.
No smoking of any kind in RV. Pets welcome. Renter responsible for any cost with filling up propane, fuel tanks, and emptying waste/water tanks. We ask that you clean and take out all the trash, pre rinse any dirty dishes and place them in the sink, empty both waste tanks. Fail...
