- EARLY SETUP: Host aims to hook up utilities prior to renter arrival, subject to park check-in times. Renter does not need to be present for setup but must coordinate arrival times with host.
- STRICTLY DELIVERY ONLY. Renter is completely prohibited from driving, towing, or moving the RV. Any violation voids insurance, terminates the rental instantly and incurs a $500 fine from Security Dep
- PARK CHECK: Renter must confirm with their campground that outside RV delivery is permitted. Renter must provide the host with the gate code, reservation name, and exact site number before delivery da
- DO NOT PACK UP. Owner handles 100% of setup and teardown. Leave stabilizing jacks, slides, awnings, and utility hookups exactly as they are.
- No festivals of any kind. RV shall be parked in a Campground with full hookups to include Water, electric 30/50amp, and sewer. No dry camping allowed.

Jared was very nice to work with. We had a couple small hiccups in the booking prior to the trip but he made sure that everything was ready and smooth for our trip once we met with him. Once we met with jared he was very kind and took us through all the features of the RV. His communication was very smooth throughout the trip and was very kind to us once we returned the RV.
