Everything started out fine. This was our first time renting an RV, Rene was helpful in showing us everything in the RV. The RV was clean, some things were a little loose, but wasn't a big deal. What was disappointing is they list a shower as an amenity yet we were unable to use the shower due to a leak. When we used it, the water started seeping into the hallway all over the floor.
Rene was very easy to communicate with and the rv was perfect for our family
I would definitely rent from Rene again! What a nice guy. The RV is big but easy to drive and we had fun on our road trip. Everything was easy to use and understand and he took the time to show us everything and answer any questions. He also let me know I could contact him directly if anything went wrong.

Rene was very flexible with pick up and drop off times. This is our first RV trip and Rene explain everything and made sure we knew it was okay to contact him if we had any questions. We had to cut the trip short due to a medical emergency and he had no issues with us returning on such short notice. He made our first camping trip pleasant.
