Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Dumping Fees - The renter is responsible for dumping the waste tanks at end of rental. Otherwise, a $75 fee will be imposed to the renter.
- Late Fee - If a renter returns the RV after the agreed upon drop off time plus a one hour grace period, the owner shall impose a late fee of $75/hour for the reservation.
- Refueling Fee - Propane and gas tanks are to be returned at the same level as provided at pickup. Otherwise, a $100 fee will be imposed to the renter plus cost to refuel.
- EZPass - If EZPass is not selected as an add-on option, any tolls and/or violations incurred to the owner during the rental period will be charged to the renter plus a $75 non-refundable fee.
- Smoking Fee - SMOKING INSIDE THE RV IS PROHIBITED. If the RV is returned with evidence of smoking, a $500 fine will be imposed to the renter.
