We travelled for 5 weeks along the eastern US, exploring some new places, and some previously travelled. Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Absolutely no smoking of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc inside the RV or you will be subject to a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
- Do not, for any reason, go up on the roof of the RV. The roofing material is 1/4 inch plywood and cannot support your undistributed weight. Major damage will result.
- Do not put anything down the toilet that has not first passed through your body, except for septic safe rapid-dissolving toilet paper. Rental includes 1 roll per night.

Notes
RV is expected to be returned broom clean and the gray/black water tanks empty. If returned covered in mud, dirt, soot, trash, food, stains, etc. additional cleaning fees will be imposed. Dumping fee for non-emptied wastewater tanks is $40.

A lovely stay in a very clean motorhome! Plenty of storage space, all the amenities needed or as requested. John was extremely helpful and had on par communication.
