Rental Rules
- Pet-friendly
- No festivals
- No tailgating

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Maximum of one pet allowed. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. No direct parking on beach areas. All trash must be removed from the RV. All used linens should be removed & piled.
- No food should be left in the refrigerator or on stove. All linen, towels, utensils are accounted for. Missing items will be charged for. Cleaning fees will be charged when necessary.
- When we set up the trailer at an RV park, please allow us one hour to set up and break down. For example: If the park requires you to leave by 11am, we need to access the RV by 10am.
- Please dump the tanks before you leave the RV. If they are not dumped we will charge a fee to do it for you. If we need to clear the tanks at a dumping station the fee will be double.
- Please wipe down the restroom, toilet, sweep or vacuum and mop upon the end of your trip. All cleaning tools are provided. Please place all soiled linens & towels on the floor.

Notes
If the tanks are not dumped by the renter, the owner will charge an additional dumping fee that can include the cost of dumping the tanks as well as a charge for the act of dumping the tanks. Please clarify if the renter will be taking on the task of clearing the tank.
