Good communication
I ran into some issues (not any fault of James), and he was always super quick to answer any questions I had. the place was really clean and cozy. toilet paper, towels, bedding, and plastic cutlery was supplied which was really nice! I came from Wisconsin, and he was very understanding and lenient with drop off and pick up times. I appreciate everything and would recommend. Thank you
