2011 Thor Motor Coach - freedome elite 21c
I purchased this RV in 2021 so I could take my parents on trips during the Covid pandemic. It comfortably accommodates six people and is very easy to drive and park, both in the field and in the city. It also has huge storage area which is very convenient for family and long trips. Our first trip was a three-week road trip to the Smoky Mountain area.

Jinjuan was an amazing host! She went way, way, way above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Not only did she let us "camp" in her driveway the first night we arrived because our flights got in late, she also took us to the airport when we flew out. Jinjuan was gracious, always available to communicate and troubleshoot any questions we had, and a genuinely lovely person.
Jinjuan was very kind and helpful. Her training on the Rv prior to the trip was thorough and she had a packet of instructions to take along on the trip. We got a flat tire midway and she had two full spares stored that allowed us to be on our way quickly!

Renting Jinjuan's RV was a pleasure! My rental was for 10 days to drive to Rancho CASI de los Chisos (Terlingua, Texas) for the 56th Annual Terlingua International Chili Championship in the Big Bend area of Texas––roundtrip just over 1300 miles from Houston. I had no problems driving this Class C in the mountainous and desert areas of Big Bend.

What an incredible time I had reconnecting by renting this well-maintained RV. Driving and parking were a breeze, and the Kenwood sound system added a special touch. Jin, the host, provided plenty of extras like cups, plates, pots, and pans. Our trip from Houston to Yellowstone and back was smooth sailing without any issues.

Jinjuan is a very nice lady and tried to be helpful by filling every conceivable space including the inside of of ALL cabinets with wire baskets and shelves leaving almost no space for your own items. She supplied all her own cleaning supplies and “indoor” shoes she prefers you wear. Towels, no washcloths, maybe an oversight.
Thanks for the feedback. This is a 24ft class C drivable RV for the convenient travel in the field also park in the city. For space wise, it is definitely not comparable to the big rig designed for living on it permanently. Good suggestions on taking out some items.
This RV was an awesome ride, i was a first timmer when I took this RV JinJuan helped me every step of the way. she was available whenever I had an issue day and night. She also put a lot of extras on the RV for me and my family, it was a great experience one I will never forget and I learned a lot to take with me when I do it again.
