2011 Thor Motor Coach - freedome elite 21c
I purchased this RV in 2021 so I could take my parents on trips during the Covid pandemic. It comfortably accommodates six people and is very easy to drive and park, both in the field and in the city. It also has huge storage area which is very convenient for family and long trips. Our first trip was a three-week road trip to the Smoky Mountain area.

Jinjuan was very kind and helpful. Her training on the Rv prior to the trip was thorough and she had a packet of instructions to take along on the trip. We got a flat tire midway and she had two full spares stored that allowed us to be on our way quickly!
