- 1. There's to be no smoking of any kind including vaping inside the camper. If there is any evidence of the fact you will forfeit your $500 security deposit.
- 2. This is NOT a pet-friendly camper. If there is evidence of the fact you will forfeit your $500 security deposit.
- 3.You will receive a clean camper & are expected to return a clean camper. We provide all of the cleaning product as well. If the camper is not returned clean then we will charge a cleaning fee of $65
- 4. You must empty both the gray tank and black tank and do a black tank backwash prior to returning.
- 5. If you are not at the camper, please put the Awning in to avoid damage. The number one insurance claim for RVs is awning damage from wind and or rain.
We can typically be flexible on pickup and drop off times... Please discuss with me in advance. NO GENERATOR INCLUDED...If you smoke / vape inside the camper you will forfeit your entire Deposit.
