- 1. There's to be no smoking of any kind including vaping inside the camper. If there is any evidence of the fact you will forfeit your $500 security deposit.
- 2. This is NOT a pet-friendly camper. If there is evidence of the fact you will forfeit your $500 security deposit.
- 3.You will receive a clean camper & are expected to return a clean camper. We provide all of the cleaning product as well. If the camper is not returned clean then we will charge a cleaning fee of $65
- 4. You must empty both the gray tank and black tank and do a black tank backwash prior to returning.
- 5. If you are not at the camper, please put the Awning in to avoid damage. The number one insurance claim for RVs is awning damage from wind and or rain.
