Bill went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The park we stayed at had an electrical issue with ants and a 50amp plug and Bill was just a call away. Even though it wasn’t his fault he offered to bring us a generator and did. He is a super host. Bill delivered the trailer and it was so nice to just show up and unpack.
Bill was very kind and attentive to what we needed, even went as far as dropping off trash bags once he realized there were none in the trailer.
Bill was great and helpful. The camper was a nice experience for our family and we had a great time on our vacation. Definitely recommend using either of his rigs. Will be calling him again in the future the next time we head to the beach.
