- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Bunk bed limit is 185 pounds. Guests agree to use bunk beds at their own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss or injury that may result from bunk beds.
- Please No indoor smoking of vape, cigarettes, or illegal drugs.
- Please do not eat crawfish in the RV as this leaves an odor that can stick for days. A $100 fine will be charged if the smell of crawfish exists in the RV.
- During travel one tv should be under the couch in living area and the other to be hung in bunk room.
