- Minimum renter age of 25
- No climbing on roof or back ladder. Do not open emergency egress windows only for emergency to exit.
- If camper is unattended and before going to bed- awning must be pulled in. If winds are above 10mph then awning will need to stay in.
- No flushing of feminine products down toilet.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING or Vaping inside RV. Any smoke smell, burns, etc will be forfeit of deposit
