Matt was great. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly. Great owner to work with.
The good: Matt delivered the RV to our site as requested and hooked up all the connections. He reviewed all the essential maintenance. Overall the unit was clean and with comfortable lounge area. The air conditioning (necessary for one day) worked well.
The not good: No heat. It dropped to the 30s overnight and the RV was frigid. The fireplace was non-functioning.
We had a great experience for our recent trip. Matthew was responsive, considerate, and easy to get along with. He took time to show us the ins and outs of his trailer and was available whenever we had questions. 5 stars all around.
Matthew was excellent to work with. His communication was fantastic and he had everything ready to go right when we arrived. He even returned to the campsite to show us around the RV and to make sure we knew how to work everything. The RV was clean and nice and new. Everything we needed was there except for food and beverages.
