This is a beautiful, comfortable trailer. We had trouble with the big slide at the end of our trip - it was retracting crooked and would catch and stop. We were unable to fix it via telephone with technical support so we left it at the RV park and Derrick picked it up from our RV park location and returned it home. That was very helpful for us since I was scheduled for surgery the next morning.
