- Treat our RV as you would your own. This rental is for family/group camping trips and we want to avoid renting for events that are likely to result in damage to the RV.
- No "self repairs" of incidental damages. If there's an accident and something is broken/damaged, please don't try to "fix it" as this could cause further damage. Simply report the damage to the owner.
- No smoking inside or around the camper. If you or your guests are smokers, please take steps to eliminate the smell. We frequently rent this unit to families, and want to avoid lingering smoke smells.
- Pets are approved by owner on a case-by-case basis and require payment of pet fee. Fee covers cleaning and is not a deposit. Renter is responsible for any damages caused by pets.

Jacob was super helpful prior to booking by answering all of my questions. Drop off and pick up was also done by Jacob and was accommodating to the time we needed. Camper was equipped with everything we needed as well! Would absolutely book again!
We had a great experience with Jacob. He was fast to communicate back with us when we had questions and the camper was full of supplies - plates, cups, bowls, s'more sticks, etc. We really appreciated how easy everything was.
