Chad was very prompt in his communications. And setup and pickup were a blast. We had a few problems, but the owner (Chad) did a good job of resolving them. Some things were beyond his control, like the water line in the bathroom that came loose at 3 am. However, some with on his control, like the shrimps smell in Freezer and Refrigerator. The experience was positive, and Chad was a good owner.
Drop off and pick up was super easy, worked with Chad and his wife. Everything we needed was in the RV and the ACs will freeze you out! Would rent again!
