Being my first experience with an RV, Clifford was easy to work with and did a wonderful pre-trip walkthrough. He explained the workings of everything and was communicative throughout the trip. The rig drove very easily and we only had a few minor issues that we brought to Clifford's attention. I would definitely recommend for a first-time RVer.

Clifford and his RV were excellent! He was always very quick to respond when texting or emailing. His RV was exactly what we needed for a cross country trip to visit our son. Drives great and he has everything you need stored inside!
The Good - this RV drove great and was easy to park. Backup camera and GPS worked. Propane generator worked fine. Also when plugged into electrical hookups for the night worked. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Convection oven/microwave worked great. Pop outs worked easily. Mattress in the room was comfy when unfolded. Plenty of blankets.
We arrived to pick up RV for our trip to find it dirty inside and out. He then began to tell us that to use the slides you would need to jump it off with the jumper cables he would provide. Telling us they were barely a year old. You could clearly see the erosion on them. We did not keep the reservation! Beware!
I am so sorry. I was thinking out loud that we could use jumper cables to start the Onan, which is what I was trying to do, to demonstrate how to operate the sliders. I knew it would then charge the batteries.
I do not recommend for long trips unless significant repairs are made.
I planned a two week road trip for my wife and two kids traveling 4000 miles round trip. When we picked the RV up I was informed there was no longer a bench seat that turned into a bed. They had replaced it with two recliners that are not fastened down. Instead they had a blow up mattress for a bed replacement.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, most renters don't. The front tires were replaced first thing after return. I still say the Mercedes Sprinter rides very smoothly and is a sweet ride. I think the valences and drawer latches are an easy fix and thank the renter for replacing the water pump filter housing. I believe the remaining issues are mainly design-type issues.
Falta mantenimiento
Someone had put unauthorized lubricant on the slider drive rails and they had gummed up the drives. Lubricant cleaned off during maintenance and sliders returned to normal function.
