- Smoking is not permitted inside the rig, cabin, or coach. Thank you for your understanding.
- There will be an additional cleaning fee if the rig is left in a significantly unclean state.
- Return the rig with approximately the same amount of fuel that was provided at pick-up. A refueling fee of $150 will be charged if this is not followed.
- Please empty both the gray and black tanks upon return, or you will incur a $75 dumping fee.
- Please use only designated roads and camping areas. Hazel cannot handle off-road or rough terrain.

Rosa was absolutely awesome and so was Ms. Hazel. She went out of her way to accommodate our late landing in NOLA and was very thorough in explaining the ins-and-outs of the RV. This was the perfect amount of space for me, my fiance, and friend to attend the Super Bowl. Thanks so much again, Rosa!
