Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed

- There will be an extra cleaning fee, if rig is left in an excessively unclean manner.
- Please return rig with roughly the same amount of fuel that was provided at pick up.
- Dumb grey and black tank if possible before returning.
Hazel is parked in our yard. Open fence. Lots of room to walk your dog, or let your kids run around. Plenty of parking for your vehicle too. Electrical and water hook ups only, no sewage. The nearest dump station is a few minutes away, at a state park.
We are less then 15 minutes from the French Quarter, downtown and Mardi Gras parade routes.
We provide 4pk septic safe tp, one roll of paper towels, basic cook and dinnerware, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, 4 camping chairs and outdoor rug. Our flat screen tv is stored in the closet, but it can easily be plugged into the cable ready outlet.
