We have rented multiple RVs and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. Brett waited until the day we picked up the RV (which had been booked for seven months) to inform us that the generator wasn’t working. It was too late to cancel the trip, but we were not able to use the AC, water, or microwave! It was miserable in the south! The step was broken when we got it.
Brett was awesome, RV was awesome. Communication was awesome, service was awesome. My only complaint about the whole deal has to do with the checkout process adding fee after fee. Make sure you go several steps in before you start budgeting as it will be more than you initially think. Knowing the total cost is just important to making decisions.
Brett was amazing...he brought the RV, set it up for us and picked it up. I didn't have to do a thing. Thank you Brett!

It was so easy to drive and the set up and take down only took a few minutes. I’m 59 years old and it was so easy for me.
