Daniel was an excellent communicator all the way. The RV was as advertised and cleanliness was A+. Thanks again.
Best experience renting! RV was perfectly clean. All appliances worked. All cupboards had only necessities, not filled with junk. Towels were organized and plentiful. They even supplied full range of toiletries! Exactly the way an RV should be presented to a renter. Clean and organized.
Daniel was very helpful and provided clear communications making the whole experience very easy. He set everything up, took pictures, and had everything perfect when we arrived. Nicely appointed and I highly recommend this trailer and Daniel.
enjoyed the experience over all, however paid a lot of money for service fees that weren’t provided. Gray water was not drained prior to delivery and showers backed up. Found children’s clothes in the sheets which verify that sheets are not been changed as well as pet hair. Pick up time was ambiguous between me and the service provider using text was not the right thing to do.

We try not to bother with unnecessary calls and try to give as much flexibility as possible at drop off and pick up times.
According to the reservation details we were supposed to be there at 9am, out of courtesy I texted to find out what was a convenient time for you and we arrange to pick up before 1pm, you had plenty of time.
The RV is BRAND NEW, Clean and the pictures on the website represent what you get. I made a mistake while booking the RV and Daniel, one day before pick up, was kind enough to work with me even though he still could have charged me for an extra day.
I will book this RV again for our yearly trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed this rental trailer for our stay at COTA. Daniel made it so convenient for us. He delivered early and picked up right on time. Clean, spacious, good sink and shower water pressure, and comfortable mattress and bedding. Ample fridge and freezer, and nice stove for cooking a light meal. Great and easy communication before and throughout.
