- Minimum renter age of 25

- Tow Vehicle must have trailer brakes set up
- All tanks empty upon return
- Broom cleaned all cleaning supplies provided
- Please do not steal, or trash our camper, and if you break anything please let me know asap so it can be fixed or replaced.
If needed, we have a generator to go with the camper.
