Would not recommend renting from Luke. I confirmed our 11am arrival one day before the trip; 10 minutes before our check in we were informed he had a flat tire and would be late. No estimated time, no returned emails/texts/calls when trying to track down an ETA. It was set up 3 hours late, he said to call if there are any issues and left a business card.
Luke at Happy Camper Rentals was wonderful. He accommodated our slightly late arrival due to a flat tire. He was kind compassionate and understanding. The camper had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Pick up was timely and seamless. Would rent again.
This was a bad experience. The water pump was cracked and all the water I paid for leaked out so we were without water for a couple days until Luke arrived to fix it. Then a couple days later we ran out of propane even though we barely washed any dishes and only one shower (which was cold).
