My family, of 2 adults and 4 children (ages 17, 16, 12 & 12), rented this RV for an eight day trip to Cleburne State Park. Initially, there were a few issues encountered regarding the generator and power that were quite concerning. However, the responsiveness and support from Summer and Luna were commendable. They quickly addressed and helped resolve the problems.
The listing is accurate and everything was pleasant until the point of the return. Traffic had delayed us on returning the vehicle. There was no grace period given upon return, as it is stated by RV share. We gave at least 4 hours prior notice of our delay. The RV was returned 1hour and 20 minutes after initial deadline. An immediate $200 late fee was given.

As stated in our policy, we have strict drop-off and pickup times. We do try our best to accommodate for unforeseen circumstances, however we cannot guarantee our availability, which is why those times are strictly enforced.
This was a wonderful unit for me and my family. This RV was perfect for our family of 7! It was very clean and comfortable!
Summer and Luna were great! Communication was instant. They gave a full walk-around and detailed instructions on everything. I don’t have much experience RVing and Luna provided an excellent tutorial on the RV when picking it up.
5 stars! This camper is exactly as described and perfect for your family trip. The pick up and drop off experience were smooth, efficient and informative. When we had questions Summer and Luna were very communicative.
