First, the pick up and return processes went smoothly. Owner was generally responsive within 1 days via text. There were, however, a few issues with the rental:
1) The RV does not have a back up camera, although it is advertised as having one. Not a deal breaker, but inaccurate ad.
2) The refrigerator stopped working 1 night into a 5 night rental.

Overall Great experience
We rented Steven's RV for an eclipse trip and had a great experience! The RV had everything we needed, we had a few issues but Steven was always available and talked us through everything. Our RV really did sleep 8 too, we can confirm that. We would definitely rent from him again!
Steve was able to get me into his RV the night before our weekend trip after our previous rental had to cancel. His RV worked great and the overall experience was exceptional.
Steve was great to work with and helped with some special logistical requests we had for delivery and pickup so everything went great. Recommend and Steve and this RV.
