We enjoyed the camper. It had enough room for 4 kids and 2 adults. The camper was clean and smelled nice and fresh. The dinner table seating was peeling and it kept getting everywhere but that was the only down side.

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE RV
- Late Dropoff Fee-Owners Discretion. $20 per hour past drop off time. Max 4 hours, then will automatically be charged the Daily Rate.
- No pets. Owner will charge an additional pet cleaning fee of $250 and up depending on severity.
