- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Pets Allowed - We love our furry friends, but some of our other renters including ourselves have allergies. A $150 per pet fee will be added if a pet is brought without permission.
- Bedding - The Queen sized bed will be made up. Linens, pillows and blankets are provided for the bunks but not made up. Linens are not provided for additional guests that sleep on the table bed.
- No Smoking or Vaping - A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking or vaping in or 10 feet within the RV.
- Check Out Policy - Remove all trash and personal items. Refrigerator, freezer, and pantry must be emptied. Please leave wet towels on the shower floor. Clean any dishes. Must dump.
