It can easily sleep 7 and light enough to be towed with many SUVs! The murphy bed is a bonus, because you still have couch space in a small trailer, and it converts to a queen bed. Wide bunks in the back can sleep 2 adults on the bottom and 2 kids on top.

Terrible experience. All was great until we got on the road. Communication was great. Pick up was seamless. But then the fun began. Bathroom sink leaked. Toilet didn't flush (we had to use the shower head to flush the toilet. Turn signal was out. But the best of all was we had a blow out on the highway.
I’m sorry to hear that but the failure of the tire was not my fault as I have checked the tire pressures prior departure and the tire itself was three moths old with less than 1000 miles on it. You have informed me about the tire three days after a pick up.
Super flexible and amazingly accommodating host. Unit is well maintained and stocked.
