We had a fantastic experience renting this RV for our trip to Suwannee Music Park. Everything was exactly as advertised—clean, convenient, and very accommodating. The owners delivered and set it up for us, which made things incredibly easy. The AC was cold, communication with the owners was prompt and helpful, and the whole setup was comfortable and hassle-free.
Britni and her husband were an absolute PLEASURE to work with! Their communication was on point and they understood my concerns and needs. We could not be there during the drop-off but we arrived and everything was hooked up and plumbed for us, ready to move in! Grabbed the key and walked in, no work needed on our part.
My wife and I have rented RVs in the past so this review is based on this particular rental in comparison to other experiences. This RV was delivered to a specific site for an event.
Positive: The renter was easy to contact before and after the rental and was pleasent to communicate with. They responded promptly to questions.
I’m sorry that you had a poor experience with our camper. You asked about every item and we made you aware of what we provide. We are a family running a small business with our campers and do not provide shampoo/ conditioner or basic hygiene items needed for the bathrooms. All campers in our last two years of renting have brought their own bathroom items.
Had a wonderful experience!! Loved the RV, Owners were very responsive, RV was set up and ready to go before we arrived. Highly recommend and will rent from them again!!
