The camper met all my expectations. Martin provided timely communication throughout the rental process and even checked in mid way through to see that everything was working. Camper was clean and had everything I needed for my 10 day rental. Highly recommend!!
The RV was not clean when dropped off, then the owner tried to put it on us, even though it was cleaner upon pickup than it was on drop off.
Camper was not fully functional either, it did not have a battery that would work for more than one minute once disconnected from power.
Sorry to see this review. With all of the renters we’ve had, a poor review is not something ever left. This particular renter neglected in our camper, took equipment and ruined linens. After a complaint was filed with RV share, the renter then made these outlandish claims and left a negative review. The company was quick to evaluate our loss and took care of the situation.
Martin was amazingly flexible and informative throughout this rental process. This camper had everything advertised and was in good clean condition. This camper has plenty of room for kids to spread out and have fun and the bunk beds keep everyone smiling. We had a cold weekend, but there were plenty of extra blankets for us to use. I would rent from Martin again in the future.
