There is a lot of storage space in and out. In the evening you are protected by the elements of the weather below the motorized awning extension. This unit is privately owned, well maintained and cleaned thoroughly after every rental.

Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No off road travels or out of country locations permitted.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. If there is any sign of smoking minimum charges of $1000 will be deducted from deposit.
- Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, bathroom doors, etc to avoid damage while RV is in motion.
- The Motorhome must be returned with the the gasoline and propane at the same levels as they were when you received it.
- Any kind of damage to any parts of missing things, minimum charges of $200 will be deducted from deposit.
