Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Where there is Not a sewer hook up, owner would appreciate renters to use park facilities for showers and toilets. There will be a $150. Dumping fee for black tank dumping, deodorizing/sanitizing.
- Pet friendly camping. There is a $50. pet fee for added cleaning and disinfecting. Dog towels and bed(s) included, even an outside hot and cold dog shower.
- Recreation package may be added for a fee. Includes beach chairs, boogie boards, outdoor toys. One time fee $50. For your stay.
- Please carry out your trash and recycling to the trash and recycling receptacles, a min. $25. Fee will be added if the owner needs to remove your trash/ recycling.
- A $100. Cleaning and disinfecting fee will be charged to each renter.
you pick the campground and reserve your spot in St. Augustine, FL. I will bring my camper to you and set it up for you. complete with everything you will need. When your vacation is over, I will come and pick up my camper.
