- Where there is Not a sewer hook up, owner would appreciate renters to use park facilities for showers and toilets. There will be a $150. Dumping fee for black tank dumping, deodorizing/sanitizing.
- Pet friendly camping. There is a $50. pet fee for added cleaning and disinfecting. Dog towels and bed(s) included, even an outside hot and cold dog shower.
- Recreation package may be added for a fee. Includes beach chairs, boogie boards, outdoor toys. One time fee $50. For your stay.
- Please carry out your trash and recycling to the trash and recycling receptacles, a min. $25. Fee will be added if the owner needs to remove your trash/ recycling.
- A $100. Cleaning and disinfecting fee will be charged to each renter.

We just returned from a MDW trip to North Beach Camp Resort! We went with our 2 children, ages 10 and 11. This camper was perfect and served all of our needs. We plan on using it again in the future.
RV was spotless, communication was excellent. A wonderful experience overall.
Our overall experience was delightful!! The RV offered just the right amount of space for my husband and I, and Christina was ready pleasant to deal with.

This was our first time using a RV. I'm really glad we picked this RV. It came with everything we needed like a griddle, electric stove, plates and utensils and so much more! We traveled with two adults and two young kids. The RV was a good size for our family. Christina was really good at communicating with us. She provided age appropriate games and beach toys for our kids.
I am sorry, I do have seasoning, I just remove them when the camper sits. My bad for forgetting them...I hope to see you again. Thank you for renting.
