Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No Festivals (i.e. Burning Man), tail-gating or beach camping allowed. The RV is equipped with GPS. A fee of up to $1,000 may be added for breaking this rule.
- Please clean before returning. All dishes must be done, toilet must be cleaned along with the shower. Sweep and mop if needed.
- Empty grey and black water tanks.
- Return with full tank of gas.
- If RV has not had the proper cleaning, and/or grey and black water tanks emptied, and/or not returned with a full tank of gas, a $100 additional fee will be added for each rule broken.

Adam’s RV is awesome! This was our second time renting for a family roadtrip and we couldn’t have been happier. Everything in the RV worked well without issues. The RV is well stocked with cooking essentials, towels, toiletries, cleaning essentials and bedding. There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out without feeling crowded.
The RV had everything we needed and was easy to drive and set up. Adam was so helpful and knowledgeable to put our minds at ease, considering it was our first time to rent and drive an RV. This was a Wonderful experience.

Our first experience renting an RV, and what a great one!! Adam was very thorough, but also gave us a relaxed feel. The RV was spotless and VERY comfortable and spacious for our family. The outdoor kitchen was a dream and we all slept great in the very comfortable beds! No complaints, only high marks. When we rent again, we will definitely be renting from Adam. Loved it!
