First time ever towing or renting an RV. RV was as advertised and shown in photos. Owner did not arrive in person for pickup or drop off to show how everything worked. He did communicate via text and was quick to respond but when you are new, you don't know what you don't know. RV beds were comfortable. Stains on linens from previous renters.
Hello Greg thanks for The feedback. I asked about meeting the day before and you did not give me an exact time so I could coordinate to get away from work on a Friday. You text me at 8 am Friday to would be there at 10 am. I can’t make that work in a 2 hour window unfortunately. You also told me you were fine with unassisted pickup. I let you know I’m there for text or call to help with anything.
Jared made the whole experience easy. He was very responsive for any questions before, during, and after. The RV is absolutely beautiful and in amazing condition. It made us all want to buy one. It is the perfect size and spacious - we had four adults and 3 kids/toddlers in it comfortably. We would definitely recommend!

Pros: trailer was nice, layout was great, hoses/cords clearly labeled, provided hitch and sway bars for small additional fee. Provided a few amenities like a couple towels and sheets and blankets. Host was pleasant during text and phone conversations.
We appreciate you taking the time for the review and renting our RV! We tried to accommodate best we could and you needed a more flexible time to pick up RV which we were not available to meet but had everything setup to pick up contactless. I was available for texts and calls as we spoke several times during pick up and during your rental.
