The camper is parked on 20+ acres in an RV park that is very quiet and only has a total of 28 camper sites. The RV Park sits right on the Brazos River with access for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing etc. Burn pit located at the campsite (must bring firewood) The camper is a 37ft Atlas 3202 with bunkhouse and king size bed in main bedroom. Fully furnished with everything you'll need. Propane included for outside grill.
