- No smoking Illegal or legal. There will be an additional $500 professional cleaning along with forfeit of your entire deposit if smoking or the illegal substances are found in the RV
- No pets or animals of any kind with the exception of Medically necessary service animals. There will be a $75 animal fee. If service animal dedicates or chews anything it $500 fee & loss of deposit
- All sites must be full hookups or septic dump on site ( there is a fee if we have to dump at pick up, or dump off site) only place RV safe toilet paper in commode we supply ample amount.
- Do not climb on top of RV!
- No moving the RV we will fully set it up for you inside and out.

First class! As a newbie to RVshare we didn’t know what to expect. The RV far exceeded our expectations, the owners had it set up with all the amenities and personal touches, making us feel at home and comfortable during our stay.
