The RV orientation was complete and very kind. Bryan asked about my trip and tailored the information to fit my needs. I had a couple questions and he responded very quickly. The 59PX is a great big RV of fun. So much space. Had my bike, kayak and guitar with lots of room to spare. RV was super clean at pickup and the drop of instructions and process were simple.
Bryan was A-mazing! His van tour was simple, to the point and clear. He must have his notifications turned on because he responded very quickly and his tone was welcoming and reassuring. When we had a tire balance & battery issue he stepped in and talked directly to my hometown mechanics in upstate NY.
Bryan made our trip happen, he let us preview the RV before the trip as first timers so we would know what we could take. Then explained the vehicle so we had no questions on our trip. Stars all the way!!!!!
This was our first experience to do an RV share. If I could leave more stars I would. You can tell that Bryan has a passion for serving others, especially to create a great experience for our family. He went over every detail and it was so much helpful because we knew exactly what to do. We thank you for a great experience and look forward in doing the RV share with him again.
