Easy from start to finish! Camper was clean and available earlier than promised. We appreciated paying for the early pickup just for the convenience. We were also happy to learn the fridge ran off 12 volt while driving to keep everything cold until we arrived at the campground with full hookups. Camper included sheets and blankets along with some cookwear.
The whole process was smooth and easy as can be from pickup to drop off. We had to book last minute due to a previous rental being cancelled the day before our trip. Boyd and Sidney were quick to respond and made everything simple. Would definitely rent again !
This RV is a really good choice if you are planning to be somewhere that has full hookups. The fridge only works on electric, not propane. We were in a campground with no electricity, and had to depend on the generator to keep things running. Even with the battery fully charged, it did not run the fridge. We had to put all of our food in ice chests for the week we were camping.
