- No smoking allowed
- DON’T let Awning out on a windy day!!!
- If you are running AC and Water Heater, turn refrigerator to Gas connection. (Make sure propane tank is open for this- also to cook)
- Absolutely No Smoking in RV.
- Clean up RV and leave in same condition as you arrived. Empty Trash, clean, sweep, remove all your belongings and turn everything off before leaving.
- Charges will be assessed and subtracted from deposit for any broken parts/accessories or damage to RV, or any missing items (including urine, food or other stains on mattresses, furniture or floor)
Must show proof of auto liability insurance on tow vehicle.
