Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely NO SMOKING! Additional Cleaning fee will be added if we believe smoking happened inside the camper
- Mistakes Happen, Be honest and upfront with us. I have a daughter and know accidents and spills happen, Just tell us.
- Please return the RV in the same condition that you picked it up in. Please remove all trash and make sure all dishes are clean and stored before return.
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee and must be approved by the owner
- If you are going to tow the TT yourself the Deposit increases to $1500 NO EXCEPTIONS!
RV is parked under a RV carport, Lawn chairs and fire pit will be included. There is electricity and water available.
If you are booking at a residential home and a 30amp plug-in is not available we do require that you rent our generator for an additional cost.
