This RV was a total disaster. The water hose didn’t work properly. I was told by the owner to replace the washer. There wasn’t one located in the RV tool box.
The first two nights were spent without heat as the electrical system was overloaded and was appearing to drain the battery. The owner told me to call roadside assistance.
Thank you for your feedback. At pickup, you mentioned needing both hands to turn the ignition. Many of the issues you experienced involved routine RV setup, such as tightening the water hose and securing the electrical connection. We assisted as much as possible and asked if anyone nearby could help. You also mentioned using pliers on the plastic water fitting, which can cause problems.
We had a great trip and everything was seamless! The RV was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that it was vet loud to drive because of the air through the roof vents.

We rented Stella for a bike race near Tucson for 4 nights about 30 miles outside of Tucson. James and Rachel were a pleasure to deal with. We had arranged for the RV to be delivered to our venue and James & Rachel were very accommodating. Even driving the RV right into our campsite for the 4 nights. We had everything we needed and the RV was perfect for 4 guys, each with his own bed.
It is super comfortable to travel excellent owners, very good attention!
Stella worked great for our music festival we went to.
James and Rachel are good people, friendly and informative. To say our airline plans were a challenge would be an understatement, so having the understanding and flexibility of James was helpful. Stella was fun to drive and met our needs (6 guys)...I probably wouldn't rent this style of unit for 3 couples, but for a guys' weekend, it was more than adequate.
