The owner spent very little time going over the RV with us. The storage bay door would not securely close which was obvious before we left and no attempt was made to repair it. We quickly found out that the refrigerator and freezer did not work. I let the owner know and checked breakers, etc, but nothing would help.
Only issue is had was the door was a little messed up making it difficult to close at times and the front glass on the door does not has coverings making it possible to see inside at night.
Owner was very easy to work with making it an overall great experience.

This was my first time on the site and pulling a trailer on my own. Communication with Robert and Seth was easy and they were flexible on pick up. Understanding and pulling this trailer was very easy as a first timer and we had a great weekend. I would rent from them again!
**RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS OWNER**
My whole experience with Mr Robert was a nightmare. I submitted a request to rent his RV from 7/27 to 7/29. He disclosed that the awning wasn't functional but proceeded to accept the reservation after he was told to hold off. I requested for him to cancel the reservation which he refused ( I have the messages).
Raul, I found this review to be a bit confusing. For one, you were by far the most difficult customer we have ever dealt with by a long shot. There was nothing wrong with the awning during your rental at all?
