The option of having it delivered, set up, packed and picked up made the rental simple and worry free. We definitely recommend this trailer for someone who doesn't have the vehicle to tow it. Kevin was polite and communicative through out the entire process.
When we need to rent again in the Austin area he will be on the top of our list.

Kevin was great to work with. He did a pick up and drop off of the trailer that went like clock work. He communicated very well. The trailer was nice and functioned well and made for a great stay and home base while we went to the United States Grand Prix. Could not ask for a better host.
Kevin was great! The RV was clean (we rented one of the older ones but very clean). It had everything we needed and Kevin explained clearly about how to use the generator and putting gas in it when it runs out.
Great experience! Will rent again from Kevin !
