Comunication was great . RV Met all expectations. Pick up drop was smooth and easy.
I was charged a pet fee even though I never once put a non human being in this RV. I have dogs at home and its possible animal hair transfered to their provided white bed sheets, or it is possible my children's hair was called dog hair by the owner as a means to upcharge me.
Jared - we appreciate your feedback. We do take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of our RV as we know that all guests appreciate it being clean. We do also have a strict no pet policy. We want to ensure our guests also take good care of it so that we can continue to keep it in great condition. As you can see from all of our 5 star ratings we always put our guests first.
We had fantastic week at the lake, Cristie's trailer was perfect for our family. Cristie was excellent to work with as we prepared for our trip.
